Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Product Manager Level 2 to join their team. As a Product Manager Level 2, you will be part of the Product Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Product Manager Level 2 Location: Blue Ash, OH What's the Job? + Lead product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle. + Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to define a clear product vision. + Ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are consistently met. + Align product strategies with the company's overall goals and strategic initiatives. + Collaborate with stakeholders including engineers, data scientists, legal, and operations teams to translate technical constraints into business solutions. What's Needed? + Experience in product strategy, prioritization, and data platform fundamentals. + Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and MLOps concepts. + Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills. + Ability to design user workflows and document onboarding processes effectively. + Knowledge of data types, pipelines, quality dimensions, and platform thinking including APIs and SDKs.
