Data Engineer

Description We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team in Wayne, Pennsylvania, on a contract to permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, implement, and optimize data pipelines while integrating applications with various digital marketplaces. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to support business insights and analytics effectively. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and maintain data pipelines and ensure seamless application connectivity with digital marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon. u2022 Collaborate closely with business teams to understand requirements and provide actionable analytics. u2022 Lead the creation of scalable and efficient data solutions tailored to business needs. u2022 Apply expertise in Python, Snowflake, and other relevant technologies to deliver high-quality results. u2022 Facilitate and support integrations with e-commerce platforms, leveraging previous experience where applicable. u2022 Build robust APIs and ensure their effective implementation. u2022 Utilize Microsoft SQL for database management and optimization. u2022 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure project success. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data workflows and integrations. u2022 Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and performance. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in API development and integration. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft SQL for database management. u2022 Strong programming skills in Python with a focus on data engineering. u2022 Familiarity with Snowflake for cloud-based data solutions. u2022 Previous experience working with platforms like Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Amazon is highly desirable. u2022 Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. u2022 Solid understanding of data pipeline design and implementation. u2022 Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
