Our client, industry-leading technology organization is seeking a Researcher 5 to join their team. As a Researcher 5, you will be part of the UX Research Department supporting product development and user experience enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for understanding user needs, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Researcher 5 Location: Remote (PST preferred) Pay Range: $55/hr to $60/hr on W2 What's the Job? + Design and execute comprehensive user research plans to gather actionable insights. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to inform product strategies. + Translate research findings into clear, impactful recommendations to improve user experience. + Communicate research strategies, methodologies, and insights effectively across the organization. + Support the development of knowledge repositories to leverage research insights across multiple projects. What's Needed? + Minimum of 4 years of product-focused UX research experience, with at least 2 years in strategic research roles. + Masteru2019s or higher degree in Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields; or equivalent industry experience. + Proven ability to develop and lead impactful research programs across large organizations. + Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including study design, recruitment, moderation, and analysis. + Excellent storytelling and communication skills to influence product and design decisions.
