Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturer of concrete accessories in Sumner, WA to hire a Machine Operator for a specialized non-CNC (analog) machine used in metal product production. This is not a simple push-button roleu2014we need someone who understands machines inside and out and can troubleshoot and fix issues on the spot. What Youu2019ll Do + Operate and maintain a specialized analog machine to manufacture concrete snap ties. + Load raw materials like steel rods and wire coils into the machine. + Monitor production and inspect parts for quality and precision. + Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot mechanical issues. + Use precision tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications. + Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. + Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized. What Weu2019re Looking For + Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in metal fabrication. + Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. + Skilled in using hand tools and reading technical manuals or blueprints. + Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills. + Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. + Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
