Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation. Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition. Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with operations. Other duties as assigned. Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested. Assists in tests, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under direct supervision. Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis and in a timely manner. Responds to emergency calls and takes call in accordance with facility needs.
