Collectively, our leadership has over 300 years of experience in sales and sponsorship, analytics and valuation, hospitality and operations.ResponsibilitiesThe Service Bartender position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Premium Service Department specifically in the Bars, Suites, In-Seat or Restaurant environment.u2022 Provide exceptional guest service to our team members.u2022 Responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service of beverage orders.u2022 Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls in accordance with company policy.u2022 Set-up, on-going maintenance and clean-up of workstation.u2022 Bartenders will be accountable for compliance with all established product handling and inventory policy and procedures.u2022 Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following established TIPS training along with the Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy.u2022 Fulfill the assigned opening and closing duties.u2022 Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.u2022 Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium.Qualificationsu2022 All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.u2022 Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.u2022 Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.u2022 Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.u2022 Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests.u2022 Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.u2022 Ability to work all events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.u2022 Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.Education:u2022 High school diploma or equivalent.
