Customer Service Admin (IT)

Job Description We are looking for a Customer Service Tech to support one of our largest electrical distributors in Saint Joseph, Michigan. This individual will provide remote IT support to over 700 profit center locations. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are key for success in this role. You will be making outbound calls each day to support the companies entities and ensure their Software and Hardware is up to date.
