Job Title: Framer Job Description A prominent, family-owned company is seeking a framing carpenter to assist with new build projects. The role involves prefab framing including trusses, walls, and floors. Candidates must be able to work both independently and as part of a crew, with responsibilities including measuring, cutting, and assembling framing lumber. Responsibilities + Engage in prefab framing including trusses, walls, and floors. + Work independently and collaboratively with a crew. + Measure, cut, and assemble framing lumber accurately. + Attend safety orientation on the first day and be present on-site daily. Essential Skills + Proficiency in framing and carpentry. + Experience in stick/wood framing for at least 1 year. + Proficiency in using a tape measure and nail gun. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Possession of a tool belt and basic construction tools. + Reliable transportation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in prefab and framing carpentry. + General labor and rough carpentry skills. + Experience in commercial construction. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of HUGO, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
