Adecco is partnering with TORO in Windom, MN to hire dependable and reliable Material Floor Leads across all shifts This is a 2-3 month position with a $1000 completion bonus + 1st Shift: Mondayu2013Friday 7:00amu20133:30p + 2nd Shift: Mondayu2013Friday 3:00pmu201311:30pm + 3rd Shift: Sundayu2013Thursday 11:00pmu20137:30am Pay: + $25-$27/hour (based on experience) + +$1.50/hour shift differential (for 2nd & 3rd shift) Job Responsibilities + Stay on the production floor throughout the shift, actively monitoring and supporting material flow in Paint, Weld, or Bumoff + Coach material handlers and team leads on proper Kanban use, pull discipline (u201cno card, no moveu201d), FIFO lanes, and market organization + Perform daily and weekly audits of Kanban cards, supermarkets, WIP, and material presentation at point of use + Spot material shortages, missed Kanbans, or flow breakdowns early and raise the flag before they impact production + Reinforce standard work for material delivery, 5S, drop locations, and overall floor organization + Document audit findings and help ensure follow-up actions are completed + Support layered process audits (LPAs) and help keep the material flow system healthy and on track Qualifications + 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or material handling + Familiarity with Kanban, FIFO, pull systems, or material flow processes preferred + Previous lead or informal leadership experience is a plus + Strong attention to detail and ability to catch issues before they become bigger problems + Comfortable giving real-time feedback and working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
