In this role, youu2019ll lead projects from concept through closeoutu2014ensuring alignment with client goals while driving scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder coordination throughout every stage of delivery.What Youu2019ll Do Manage a portfolio of interiors and small-scale renovation/tenant improvement projects from planning through project closeout Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and performance metrics to ensure successful project outcomes Serve as the primary client interface, building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, interior designers, engineers, consultants, and construction partners Develop project execution plans, professional services fee estimates, procurement strategies, and design schedules Facilitate user group meetings, design reviews, stakeholder workshops, and decision-making sessions Manage contract administration, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Ensure adherence to Jacobsu2019 quality and safety standards, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements Support business development by contributing to proposals, interviews, and client presentations Provide mentoring, guidance, and leadership to early-career team members Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of project management experience delivering interiors, renovations, tenant improvements, or small-capital projects Strong working knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams Proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee projects across all phases of planning, design, and construction Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Bluebeam) and familiarity with BIM/REVIT workflowsIdeally, Youu2019ll Also Have Professional credentials such as Registered Architect, PMP, LEED AP, NCIDQ, or similar Experience with corporate interiors, workplace environments, higher education, life sciences, or public-sector clients Experience performing work in occupied or operational facilities Familiarity with Jacobs processes, quality standards, and delivery methodologies Strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience with alternative delivery methods (design-build, CM-at-risk, etc.)Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
