Key Responsibilities: Front Office Coordination: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. Document Management: Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, perform data entry, and assist with basic bookkeeping or invoicing. Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, manage office calendars, and arrange travel or local event logistics as needed. Communication: Draft professional emails, memos, and reports with high accuracy and attention to grammar. Office Upkeep: Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure the team has necessary materials. Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years of prior administrative or clerical experience preferred. Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
