Position Summary The Diesel Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel engines, including fuel systems, emissions systems, and electrical components Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, and preventative maintenance Utilize diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify mechanical issues Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed repair recommendations Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation Adhere to all safety standards and dealership policies Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair timelines and needs Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Diesel Technician (dealership experience preferred) Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems and diagnostics ASE certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Supportive and professional work environment Apply Now for immediate interview!
