Assistant Sanitation Manager

Responsibilities Lead and guide sanitation workers to meet daily schedules Train and monitor staff to ensure compliance with SSOPs, GMPs, and safety rules Perform sanitation tasks alongside the team Safely disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning Monitor sanitizer/chemical concentrations and maintain proper storage Keep the facility audit-ready and support internal and external audits Complete required sanitation records and documentation Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements 3-4 years of progressive sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment Prior experience leading or training sanitation personnel Ability to lift 30-40 lbs English/Spanish required Strong knowledge of: Food safety principles Chemical safety CIP/COP QA, SQF, HACCP, GMPs OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA regulatory compliance Sanitation operations Ability to perform math functions (ratios, weights, measurements, etc.) How to Apply If you are eligible and interested in this position, apply now or call us at 979‑307‑9268.
