Maintenance Engineering Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Engineering Technician Pay Rate-$35-$40 Shift-1st 6am-3pm (Monday-Friday) Job Description Join our team as a Maintenance Engineering Technician at our Noblesville, Indiana manufacturing facility. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the electrical systems across three plants. Responsibilities + Maintain electrical distribution throughout the facility, including 110V, 220V, and 480V systems. + Ensure maintenance of switchgear and power breakers. + Properly size and install power feeds to machinery, transformers, and distribution panels for 110V and 220V service. + Run conduit for power distribution and install buss plugs. + Verify that existing electrical systems meet code and ensure new systems are installed per code. + Install 277V plant lighting systems. + Maintain plant fire protection alarms, access control hardware, and building automation systems. + Support assembly line with general and preventative maintenance as required. + Install and maintain electrical safety lockout devices. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repair of control circuits. + Perform preventative maintenance, including changing air filters and lubricating machine points. + Engage in mechanical troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment. + Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and troubleshooting. + Engage in welding and fabrication tasks as needed. Essential Skills + Knowledge of NEC and applicable codes and regulations. + Ability to read and understand electrical schematics. + Experience with industrial power installation. + Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + PLC experience is a plus. + Experience with fire alarm systems is a plus. + Strong skills in leadership, teamwork, planning and organizing, judgment and decision-making, communication, and project management.
