Job Summary Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Component Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting inspections, performing tests, and utilizing precision measuring instruments to guarantee compliance. The Component Technician will also be responsible for maintaining quality management systems and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position will Responsibilities + Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards. + Utilize precision measuring instruments and equipment to perform accurate measurements and tests. + Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality control activities. + Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. + Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulations. + Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance procedures and protocols. + Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required. Experience + Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing or laboratory environment is preferred. + Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. + Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
