Job Title: Warehouse Picker and Packer Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory, packing and labeling shipments, and preparing orders for delivery to healthcare providers nationwide. This is a hands-on position that does not require the use of forklifts or other heavy equipment; all tasks are performed manually with carts and RF scanners. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to accuracy. While previous warehouse experience is preferred, training will be provided. Responsibilities + Select products from inventory and pack orders accurately. + Label shipments and prepare them for delivery. + Utilize RF scanners to ensure accuracy. + Locate, gather, and prepare medical supplies. + Scan, wrap, sort, and prepare orders for shipments. + Assist with organizing received material and maintain accurate counts. + Keep work areas clean and follow safety protocols. Essential Skills + Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Experience with RF scanners. + Warehouse and labeling knowledge. + Capability to work at a fast but careful pace. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse settings is preferred. + Experience in order pulling, picking, and packing. Why Work Here?
