Quality Engineer 1

Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Quality Engineer 1 with strong experience in software integration testing, automated testing, and quality engineering. This role focuses on test automation, Data-driven Testing, data evaluations, test design, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. Key Responsibilities + Perform software integration testing, functional testing, and test automation + Analyze and diagnose test failures, defects, and quality issues + Escalate and report key quality issues, driving root-cause analysis and resolution + Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks Minimum Requirements + 2+ years of professional experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test or Software Quality Engineer. + Experience programming or scripting in Python + Bonus: Experience with Swift + Hands-on experience with test planning, test design, test case authoring, manual testing, and using test automation frameworks + Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science or related technical field Preferred Qualifications + Experience in AI product testing, dataset collection, and metrics reporting + Ability to write shell scripts and familiarity with Xcode + Ability to modify existing iOS applications or automation code + Strong ability to analyze and identify root causes in multi-tiered, clientu2013server environments + Knowledge of logging systems, analytics tools, or monitoring systems + Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English + Self-motivated, curious, proactive, and focused on delivering high-quality results + Experience with virtual assistants, voice platforms, or conversational technologies is a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
