Overview Kimley-Horn is looking for a Event Registration & Sourcing Specialist to join our business team in the Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) office. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities + Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices using Cvent. + Develop and manage event web and registration sites, surveys, and reporting tools + Source meeting and event venues; support contract review and execution + Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams Qualifications + Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience + Proficiency with Cvent (Events, Attendee Hub, Surveys, Supplier Network) + Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Client-focused, collaborative, and proactive approach Why Kimley-Horn?
