AMC US ARMY LMP Support Analyst (5059)at SMX(View all jobs) ( United States We are seeking a highly capable AMC LMP Support Analyst to support the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) in optimizing and modernizing its Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) environment. This role supports Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) financial and logistics operations by improving business processes, strengthening financial controls, and enhancing system performance across logistics, sustainment, and financial management functions. The ideal candidate brings SAP functional expertise, understands Army enterprise systems, and can operate effectively in a complex, audit-sensitive federal environment. This position plays a key role in integrating commercial best practices into AMC operations to improve agility, reduce costs, and drive mission success. Responsibilities u2022 Perform operational financial maintenance activities, including daily reconciliations and anomaly resolution u2022 Review, prioritize, and manage financial tickets through the full lifecycle u2022 Validate financial reports, month-end journal vouchers, and trading partner data between GFEBS and LMP u2022 Support month-end close coordination across AMC, commands, and DFAS u2022 Analyze and reconcile PADDS contracts, Accounts Payable, expense eliminations, and SF 133 differences u2022 Support JV workflow validation and capital cash automation efforts u2022 Provide analysis and functional support for G-Invoicing activities u2022 Assist with audit readiness efforts, documentation reviews, and sample analysis u2022 Identify business process inefficiencies and recommend corrective action strategies u2022 Support initiatives related to DAR-Q, JRP, GLAC, ACWS, management fees, posting corrections, and trading partner imbalances u2022 Partner with AMC, HQAMC, DFAS, PMO LMP, and other Army stakeholders u2022 Participate in working groups and enterprise-level coordination efforts u2022 Provide functional insight to improve system performance, reporting accuracy, and compliance u2022 Apply knowledge of the federal operating environment, governance standards, and mission-driven execution Required Skills and Experience + Experience as an SAP Functional Analyst supporting financial and/or logistics processes within SAP ECC + Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Maintenance) + Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government environments, preferably within DoD or U.S. Army + Familiarity with financial reconciliations, audit readiness, and compliance requirements + Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Desired Skills & Experience u2022 Experience supporting Army ERP systems (LMP, GFEBS, and/or GCSS-Army) u2022 Knowledge of Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) financial operations u2022 Experience supporting audit remediation and financial control improvements u2022 Understanding of enterprise integrations and cross-system data validation Application Deadline: April 30, 2026 #LI-SA1 At SMXu00ae, we are a team of technical and domain experts dedicated to enabling your mission.
