We want your knowledge and expertise Job Summary and Qualifications Position Summary The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a trusted financial steward supporting ITGu2019s Financial Resiliency strategy u2013 ensuring accountability, transparency, and disciplined reporting across the IT portfolio. This role will lead to the validation, certification, and reporting of cost optimization savings related to Application Rationalization initiatives, maintaining credibility with senior executives through precise analytics. The Analyst will be responsible for tracking, validating, and reporting on Financial Resiliency / cost optimization savings. The position will ensure that cost savings are accurately captured, transparently communicated, and confidently represented to Executive Leadership. As the volume and visibility of optimization initiatives grow, this role will serve as the control point for financial accuracy and credibility, applying analytical rigor, strong governance, and professional judgement to the savings reporting process. The analyst will collaborate across with Leadership across ITG and within the Finance Operations department to certify and report on cost efficiencies, ensuring that savings align with approved methodologies and withstand executive and audit-level scrutiny. Major Responsibilities: Cost Optimization Analysis and Validation u2022 Serve as the central point of truth for IT Financial Resiliency reporting and tracking. u2022 Maintain and continuously improve the cost optimization intake, validation, and reporting process to ensure accuracy and consistency. u2022 Evaluate savings submissions for accuracy with established savings definitions and accounting standards through detailed analysis, trend comparisons, and supporting documentation. u2022 Partner with initiative owners to ensure savings are measurable, sustainable, and aligned to the official savings framework. u2022 Collaborate with Finance initiative owners to reconcile actual savings realization against projections. Maintain a master report of all approved savings, providing traceability from initiative to enterprise-level reporting. Reporting and Executive Communications u2022 Serve as the single source for IT financial resiliency reporting, ensuring all saving presented to executive leadership are fully validated and auditable. u2022 Develop and deliver recurring reports on IT Financial Resiliency performance to Senior Leadership. u2022 Create clear, concise, and visually effective reporting (Power BI, Excel, Power Point) that enables decision-making and storytelling. Cross-Functional Collaboration u2022 Partner with Finance Operations to ensure alignment between financial resiliency reporting and budget/forecast processes. u2022 Build strong partnerships across HCA and within ITG, including Strategic Sourcing, Automation, Application Portfolio Management, Resource Operations, and Strategic Outsourcing, fostering alignment between financial and operational objectives. u2022 Perform other duties as assigned. u2022 Practices and adheres to the u201cCode of Conductu201d philosophy and u201cMission and Value Statement.u201d Education & Experience: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required u2022 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Auditing, Business Analysis, or related field required Licenses, Certifications, & Training: u2022 Certified Public Accountant preferred No Travel Required HCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companiesu00ae by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times.
