Adecco is hiring immediately for a Quality Assurance Specialist I with a local client in San Diego, CA Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below + Pay: $ 43.00/hr + Shift/Hours: Onsite + Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM u2013 4:30 PM We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist I to support Clinical and Specialty Services (CSS) operations in San Diego. In this role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, and internal SOPs across the product lifecycle. This position plays a key part in maintaining documentation accuracy, supporting inspections, managing deviations, and ensuring timely, compliant quality operations. Responsibilities: Quality & Compliance u00b7 Perform inspections of bulk drug, finished products, and all incoming material types. u00b7 Independently create Certificates of Analysis and release labels for use. u00b7 Approve label prints, external label request forms, and verify variable data. u00b7 Support investigations, deviations, and complaint assessments. u00b7 Contribute to authoring/updating quality documents, SOPs, and MMQC documentation. Operational Support u00b7 Use JDE, TrackWise, Smartsheets, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint). u00b7 Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in JDE for MMQC and label release processes. u00b7 Drive timely, effective rapid responses and escalate compliance concerns when needed. u00b7 Assist with DME training for new associates and support team knowledge development. Cross-Functional Collaboration u00b7 Communicate requirements to cross-functional teams. u00b7 Participate in BRMs and client meetings; assist with comment resolution. u00b7 Review/approve deviations, complaints, engineering studies, change controls, and periodic reviews. Qualifications: E ducation & Experience + Bacheloru2019s degree required OR equivalent relevant work experience. + 5u20137 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment or pharmaceutical setting. + 3+ years of customer service experience. + JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP experience preferred. + Strong proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and other MS Office tools. Knowledge & Skill Requirements + Ability to follow written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions. + Strong mathematical/scientific reasoning skills. + Proactive problem-solver able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. + Demonstrated ability to identify aberrant data and escalate quality concerns. + Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and computer technology related to quality systems.
