If Production Lead sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now Key Responsibilities Documentation & Compliance u00b7 Accurately review packaging batch records prior to production to ensure instructions align with SOPs u00b7 Complete documentation in full compliance with SOPs and cGMP guidelines u00b7 Review batch records for accuracy and ensure corrections are completed properly u00b7 Inspect drug product, components, and clinical labels for defects or missing information before/during production Operational Leadership u00b7 Ensure production areas have proper staffing, training, and support to execute batch records u00b7 Provide front-line leadership and act as supervisor for Packaging and Room Operations when needed u00b7 Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) on new equipment u00b7 Monitor Ready-to-Execute status and coordinate on-time startup activities u00b7 Review equipment and room setups for compliance and productivity alignment with JSAs, batch records, and SOPs Process Improvement & Safety u00b7 Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives u00b7 Perform Gemba walks and utilize visual management boards and signage u00b7 Assist in Safety and Quality investigations using root cause assessment and CAPA methodologies u00b7 Support action item completion, including corrections in TrackWise u00b7 Schedule planned maintenance activities and coordinate equipment return-to-service Cross-Functional Collaboration u00b7 Attend project kickoff meetings and contribute to planning u00b7 Capture daily shift information using Short Interval Control boards and complete required metric documentation u00b7 Collaborate with external vendors when necessary Required Skills: u00b7 6+ years of industry experience in clinical trial packaging or related manufacturing/operations u00b7 4+ years of experience leading teams u00b7 Strong communication skills (written and verbal) u00b7 Proven leadership and team management abilities u00b7 Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, Inventory Systems, Quality Systems, Supply Flex) u00b7 Strong math skills u00b7 Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions u00b7 Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities u00b7 Strong organizational skills aligned with Lean Six Sigma 5S standards What's in this Production Lead position for you?
