This role partners closely with sales operations, supply chain, logistics, finance, service centers, and customer service teams to design, configure, test, and deploy highu2011quality OTC solutions. The consultant will be responsible for functional design, configuration, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and ensuring a seamless salesu2011tou2011billing workflow across North American sites. The role requires strong handsu2011on SAP SD experience and an endu2011tou2011end understanding of OTC processes including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, credit/debit memos, and integration with MM/FI. The position is based in Irving, TX or Houston, TX, with 4 days onsite when not traveling and up to 50% travel to North American facilities. This role is not offering sponsorship at this time. Responsibilities: u2022 Configure SAP SD processes supporting OTC including sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit/debit processing u2022 Support master data changes for customer master, material master, and output conditions u2022 Document endu2011tou2011end OTC workflows including order entry, ATP, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns u2022 Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and convert them into functional specifications u2022 Create and execute test scripts for Unit, SIT, and UAT cycles; log, track, and retest defects u2022 Support cutover, gou2011live, and hypercare activities across multiple sites u2022 Prepare SOPs, quick reference guides, and training materials; deliver endu2011user training sessions u2022 Maintain OTC process documentation and ensure compliance and audit readiness u2022 Collaborate with developers on IDoc/EDI, interface enhancements, output forms, and reporting u2022 Perform rootu2011cause analysis for OTC issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives u2022 Partner with finance and supply chain teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, account determination, and order settlement flows Requirements: u2022 7+ years of handsu2011on SAP SD configuration experience in ECC or S/4HANA u2022 Strong understanding of OTC processes: order creation, ATP, delivery, shipping, invoicing, returns, and credit/debit notes u2022 Experience configuring pricing procedures (condition types, access sequences, pricing logic) u2022 Knowledge of SDu2013MM and SDu2013FI integration including account determination, intercompany, and inventory movement flows u2022 Experience writing functional specifications for RICEFW objects (forms, interfaces, enhancements, workflows) u2022 Strong experience with IDoc/EDI processes (850/855/856/810 or equivalent) u2022 Experience leading or supporting full lifecycle implementations, site deployments, or large enhancement projects u2022 Ability to document business processes and deliver training to diverse user groups u2022 Excellent communication and stakeholderu2011management skills u2022 Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship u2022 Willingness to travel up to 50% and work onsite 4 days per week Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Experience with S/4HANA SD innovations (Fiori apps, aATP, BRF+, TM or EWM integration) u2022 Familiarity with returns, RMA processing, repair orders, or aftermarket service flows u2022 Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or distribution environments u2022 Exposure to Agile practices (user stories, backlog management, sprint ceremonies) u2022 Experience in multiu2011site or global SAP template deployments u2022 Understanding of COPA reporting and revenue recognition rules Benefits: Flowserve offers competitive pay, annual bonuses, medical benefits on day 1, generous paid vacation time, paid holidays, 401(k) and many other excellent benefits Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems.
