Applications without Resumes WILL BE REJECTED._ Youu2019d be responsible for multiple management roles which include: + Ensuring Efficiency, Quality, and Safety Standards on job sites. + Attending client meetings before and during construction projects. + Driving company vehicles to and from the jobu2019s sites and vendor locations. + Safely transporting heavy equipment to and from jobs sites. + Reporting job status and daily hours to the management team. You might be a good fit if you have: + 2 Years plus of landscape install experience. + 1-year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew. + Knowledge of plants and landscape construction materials. + The ability to estimate timelines during a construction project. + The ability to take in depth measurements, and convert them to volume and/or area. + The ability to deal with deadlines and changes. + The ability to manage multiple staff members efficiently. You must have the following: + A valid chauffeurs license and medical card. + The ability to pass a DOT screening. + The ability to pass random drug screenings. + The ability to operate phone-based applications to report your teamsu2019 daily hours, and your daily DOT startup and shutdown. + Multiple years of heavy equipment operation. + The ability to safely tow construction equipment and trailers. + The ability to work overtime and some weekends.
