What You Can Expect: Oversees and safeguards the integrity of the St. Lukeu2019s Health Foundationu2019s donor and prospect database, along with all associated data to advance philanthropic objectives. Ensures contributions are processed promptly and accurately, including timely acknowledgement and receipting of donors. Responsible for entering and maintaining accurate, current, and relevant data. This includes performing regular data maintenance projects. Creates queries, exports, custom reports and associated data analytics in support of a variety of philanthropic and financial requests. Maximize the functionality of the database by helping to identify and implement best practices to most effectively manage all stakeholder data. This includes contributing to the creation and continued maintenance of internal procedures. Provide support and training to other data management staff to ensure the consistency of standards is maintained. Assists with mailings, donor recognition, events, and other fundraising activities as assigned. Undertakes projects and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
