Job Details: Job Description: The Chief of Staff/Technical Assistant directly supports the Senior Vice president and General Manager of the Client Computing Group (CCG). This position will provide counsel, assistance and coordination to drive business decision-making and to drive successful execution of strategic business objectives. Develops strong relationships within the CCG organization and partner organizations, and internal/external stakeholders. The COS/TA will manage all staff activities, staff meetings, etc., create collaterals for internal and external purposes, drive special projects and manage stakeholder relationships. Other job duties may include: u2022 Drive day to day schedule and execution operation. u2022 Develop strong lateral connections with business groups. u2022 Responsible for creating and defining the business processes within a specific group or function. u2022 Integrate standard operations functions like HR, Finance, Legal, and IT u2022 Work with external teams and customers on planning, reviews, and driving stakeholder forums. The successful candidate must demonstrate the following: u2022 Good understanding of Intel's highly complex products, technologies and core business strategies including Strong knowledge of BUs, Engineering, HW/SW, and SMG. u2022 Strong networking, leadership, resourceful, trustworthy with sensitive information. u2022 A combination of business acumen, organization savvy, networking capabilities and expertise to get results across multiple groups and disciplines. u2022 The skills to coach senior leaders and staff for Intel's best interests. u2022 Understand and interpret industry trends, create and drive strategies, work independently, simultaneously manage diverse and extensive assignments while remaining organized and productive in a complex environment. u2022 Self-initiative and persistence, skills to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity in key areas. u2022 Detail orientation and skills to gather, analyze and interpret data to drive financial results. u2022 Skills to interact and communicate effectively with the executives both internal and external to the organization. Excellent written and oral communication skills. u2022 Strong - analytical, project management and business partnering/influencing skills. - Skills to synthesize complex information into clear messages and impactful presentations. - Skills to interact and communicate effectively with the executive offices across Intel. u2022 Program management background and proven track record for delivering multiple global-scale, high-impact, cross-functional programs simultaneously. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree in engineering or business. u2022 10+ years product groups, communications, finance or the tech industry. u2022 A high performer with a track record of significant accomplishments for Intel. u2022 Experience driving cross-organizational issues and projects to resolution within finance. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $198,050.00-279,600.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
