We employ over 750 energetic and compassionate employees.WHAT WE VALUE:u00a0Compassionu00a0 Diversityu00a0 Strength-Based-Approachu00a0 Social-Justice & Our StaffWHAT WE OFFER:- Starting Base Salary Range:u00a0$86,611.20 - $96,345.60- Collaborative SupervisionAdditional Pay/Ability to Earn Additional Pay of:- First Responder pay:u00a0$1800.00 per year- Crisis Team Member Differential Pay- $125.00 PER PAY PERIODu00a0- Pay based on performance:u00a0up to $8000.00 per year- Individual Supervision for Clinical Licensing- Licensure payu00a0$250.00 per pay period (2 times per month)- Bi-lingual fluency skills in Spanish and English, or other languages, as needed:u00a0$100 -200 per pay period (2 times per month) for service provision in support the families we serve. The crisis clinician may meet with the child and family in a hospital emergency room, in community settings or in the home.u00a0 A mobile crisis clinician has au00a0[flexible]{.underline}u00a0work schedule to ensure the crisis team's ability to respond to community crisis needs.
