The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to credit union members, handling daily transactions, resolving account issues, and promoting financial products and services. This role ensures accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of service while maintaining strict confidentiality.u00a0 Bilingual English/Spanish required.This is a full-time, permanent position located in downtown Lancaster. Parking is provided.Job Highlights of the Credit Union Member Services Rep / Bank Teller- Bilingual (English/Spanish) roleu00a0serving a diverse member community- Frontline position supportingu00a0daily transactions, account support & member service- Opportunity to grow within au00a0stable, community-focused credit union- Mix ofu00a0member service + teller responsibilitiesu00a0for a well-rounded banking role- Strong focus onu00a0compliance, accuracy, and confidentialityResponsibilities of the Credit Union Member Services Rep / Bank Teller:u00a0- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, account openings/closings, service requests, and issue resolution.- Promote products and services that meet member needs.- Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations; safeguard member information.- Provide backup support for teller functions, including balancing cash drawers and processing payments.- Maintain organized records, support office operations, and participate in team meetings and training.- Represent the credit union at selected community events.- Occasional travel (approx. 10%).Qualifications of the Credit Union Member Services Rep / Bank Teller:u00a0- Organized, adaptable, customer-focused, and able to work independently.- Bilingual: Ability to read, write, and speak the English and Spanish languages REQUIRED- 2+ years of credit union, banking, or customer service experience- Strong communication, analytical ability, and attention to detail.- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn credit union software.- Excellent customer service skills and comfort working with diverse populations.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion- Willingness to submit to a series of criminal background checksu00a0- High school diploma or GED required.
