ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISEu2022 Must meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages.u2022 One year of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant.u2022 Must have current food handleru2019s card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law.u2022 Safe food handling procedures.u2022 Excellent Guest service skills.u2022 Basic knowledge of food and beverage. u2022 Basics of food and beverage service/hospitality.u2022 Organization skills. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSu2022 Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.u2022 Bending/stooping/kneeling required u2013 frequently.u2022 Routine standing for duration of shift, up to 8 hours. u2022 Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery:Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools listed in training manualu2022 Scheduled shifts determined by business needs.
