JOB REQUIREMENTS: The District Manager oversees the operations ofmultiple Adult Family Homes (AFHs) within an assigned district. Thisrole ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations, providesleadership to home managers and staff, supports high-quality residentcare, and manages budgets and staffing to achieve operationalefficiency. Oversight & Compliance Ensure each AFH complies withapplicable laws, licensing regulations, and company policies. Conductregular audits and inspections of each facility. Prepare for and respondto state inspections and investigations. Leadership & Staff ManagementSupervise home managers and provide guidance on day-to-day operations.Support hiring, training, and evaluation of staff at each location.Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.Resident Care Ensure residents receive quality care in a safe,respectful, and home-like environment. Monitor resident satisfaction andresolve escalated concerns or complaints. Financial Management Overseebudgets, expenses, and revenue for each AFH in the district. Assist withbilling, payroll, and supply procurement to ensure financialsustainability. Communication & Reporting Serve as the primary point ofcontact between AFHs and the corporate or regional office. Maintaindocumentation and submit regular performance and compliance reports. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree inhealthcare administration, nursing, social work, or related field(preferred). 3+ years of experience managing adult family homes,assisted living, or similar environments. Proven leadership and staffsupervision skills. Strong understanding of local and state adult careregulations. Excellent communication, organizational, andproblem-solving skills.
