43910BR Extended Job Title: Senior Service Worker - Athletics Position Description: Performs duties in the areas of warehousing, moving, delivery and general maintenance. Requisition ID: 43910BR Travel Required: None Major/Essential Functions: + Perform plumbing duties as directed by the supervisor. + Provide supervision over maintenance staff during athletic events. + Perform custodial duties at all athletic facilities. + Prepare competition fields, stadiums, and athletic facilities for Big 12 and NCAA events. + Communicate with athletic coaching staff and support staff for all sports. + Perform painting preparation and painting duties. + Provide manual labor for various jobs in the Athletics Department, including but not limited to: + 1) Repairs and maintenance; + 2) Grounds maintenance; + 3) Moving equipment. + Provide facility supervision for special events and practices at all athletic facilities. + Valid Driver License. + Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. + Performs other duties as required. + Comply with all NCAA, Big 12, and Texas Tech University rules, regulations, and policies.
