Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.Responsibilities Assist with recreational programs that support residents’ mental, physical, and social well-being.Lead activities, transport residents, and encourage participation in group and one-on-one programs.Observe residents for changes, report concerns, and maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality.Follow facility policies, attend trainings, collaborate with staff, and promote a safe, respectful environment.Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:Current valid, clean NYS Driver's License (without blemish) with good driving and vision skills requiredPreferred Registration/Certification: NYS Nurse Aide Certification or COTA preferredEducation:High School or equivalent. Employees in job classification prior to 1/22/2010 are grandfathered.Work Experience:Minimum Experience: On the job training.Preferred Experience: One (1) year experience in a clinical health care field, recreation or acceptable position as determined by management.Additional Preferences Part Time 15 hours weeklyRotating shifts may include some 11:30am-7:30pm shifts, every other weekendCurrent valid, clean NYS Driver's License (without blemish) with good driving and vision skills requiredPreferred Registration/Certification: NYS Nurse Aide Certification or COTA preferred
