They are integral to the success of the company and client satisfaction both internally and externally. They ensure purchase, sell, store, and issue parts while serving internal, wholesale and retail clients as well as the job responsibilites below.Determines needs and specify part accuratelyCreates and modifies purchase order and issue to appropriate vendor to order partsRecords warranty parts returnedCreates special ordered parts on dealership computer system and notifies ASM, Technician or client upon receiptReviews special order parts trackingProcesses and closes open invoicesCompares invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise receivedKeep records of outside purchases, parts received and issuedEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year dealership warehouse experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)None required.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
