Senior Application Developer

Our award-winning office products - seating, sit/stand desks, technology support and lighting - have led the industry in performance and simplicity for over 40 years.The Senior Application Developer designs, develops, and enhances solutions across the company’s ERP system, Custom Compensation System, SQL Server environment, and intranet applications. The role includes building and maintaining custom ERP modules, integrations, and workflow automations using SQL Server, Power Apps, IDP, and other enterprise technologies. Responsibilities also include SQL Server DBA functions such as maintenance, patching, performance tuning, and security. The position supports ETL processes and reporting tools, including SSRS, Excel analytics, and Power BI, and contributes to automation initiatives involving RPA, AI tools, Azure services, and Power Platform solutions.
