A kind, independent woman residing in a condominium in Palm Beach is seeking a full-time household assistant/companion to support the daily upkeep of her home and provide light personal assistance.This is a year-round position focused on maintaining a peaceful, well-organized environment while offering gentle, respectful support with day-to-day tasks. The role blends hands-on housekeeping, driving, errands, light meal preparation, and companionship. It is not a medical or nursing position.During the summer months, the client resides in New York City (Upper East Side) and will provide private live-in accommodations (bedroom and bathroom) for the selected candidate. Willingness to travel to New York and live-in there during that time is required.The schedule is Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, guaranteeing 40 hours per week.This is an ASAP hire for the right long-term fit.Maintain daily housekeeping and overall upkeep of a private condominium.Manage laundry and linen care.Provide transportation to local appointments and errands.Run errands including grocery shopping and pharmacy visits.Prepare light, healthy meals as needed.Coordinate occasional vendors or service providers.Assist with prescription pick-ups and light organizational tasks.Provide gentle companionship, including walks and outings.Support a calm, orderly home environment and help set the client up comfortably for weekends.Prior experience in a similar household assistant, companion, or elder support role.Strong, responsible driver with a clean driving record.Warm, soft-spoken, and naturally gentle demeanor.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Comfortable working in a quiet, private home with a respectful presence.Fluent English required.Previous experience supporting post-surgical recovery or mobility limitations is a plus (not medical in scope).Legally authorized to work in the United States.Willing and able to travel to New York during summer months and live in while there (private accommodations provided).Sensitive to fragrance-free and dye-free household requirements due to sensitivities.Reliable, punctual, and discreet.Comfortable supporting an independent adult who values autonomy and dignity.$40-$45 per hour, guaranteed 40 hours per week.Paid time off.Health stipend.Live-in accommodations provided during New York residency.
