Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility ensuring OSHA complianceConduct daily safety meetingsComplete accident reports and conduct accident investigationsDaily safety audits and inspectionsOversee all subcontractors and contractorsWrite job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP)Required Qualifications10+ years of construction safety management experienceOSHA 510 certificationProven incident investigation and CAPA management experienceExperience coaching safety professionals and contractor supervisionStrong knowledge of OSHA and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication and presentation skillsMicrosoft Office proficiency with basic data analysis capabilityAbility to work onsite full-time in DeSoto, KSAuthority and confidence to stop unsafe workPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldOSHA 500 Trainer certificationCSP, CHST, CIH, or similar credentialsPharmaceutical or GMP construction experienceExperience with behavior-based safety programs and contractor scorecardsHazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
