You will lead and develop a high‑performing team while driving productivity, quality, and continuous improvement across outbound and inbound operations. The base salary range for this role is $75,000-$80,000 and is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in accordance with company policy.Lead and supervise all shift operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and put‑away activitiesEnsure daily outbound orders are completed accurately and on time to meet established velocity targetsMonitor productivity, quality, and workflow to maintain peak operational efficiencyEnforce safety standards, company policies, and standard work procedures consistentlyConduct daily shift start‑up meetings to align teams on goals, safety, and prioritiesAddress quality issues promptly and partner with employees to prevent recurrenceOversee housekeeping and organization to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient facilityManage timekeeping and vacation requests using ADPSupport inbound and replenishment activities to ensure inventory availability and flowCoach, cross‑train, and develop employees to build bench strength and flexibilityParticipate in performance management, including annual reviews and corrective action when neededSecure and lock the facility at the end of the shift as requiredAssociate’s degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent hands‑on experienceAt least 5 years of leadership experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced distribution or warehouse environmentProven experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklift, order picker, and turret truckMaterial Handling Equipment (MHE) License required for forklift and order picker operationStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and collaborate effectivelyDemonstrated organizational and leadership abilities, with confidence managing priorities and teamsA continuous‑improvement mindset with the ability to identify process opportunities and drive positive changeBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to support a diverse workforceAbility to quickly learn Inventory/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or prior experience using a WMS
