Manager Credit Card AuditThe Manager Credit Card Audit leads advanced auditing, monitoring, and compliance activities for the corporate credit card program, ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and financial controls across several thousand active corporate cards. The role provides subject matter expertise, identifies risk trends, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen controls, reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiency. This position also oversees a small team of 2-3 direct reports to ensure high‑quality audit execution and operational excellence.Job Will Remain Open Until FilledThe Company is one of North America’s leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive audits of corporate credit card transactions, portal user activity, and card inventory to ensure adherence to policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements and analyze cardholder activity to identify anomalies, potential misuse, fraud indicators, or policy violations and escalate findings as appropriateDevelop clear and data‑driven audit reports, summaries, and recommendations for management review including trend analysis and risk assessmentsSupport the development, maintenance, and enhancement of credit card program policies, internal controls, and audit methodologiesCollaborate with cardholders, managers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are implementedAssist in preparing materials for internal and external audits including documentation requests and follow‑up actionsMonitor program performance metrics and contribute to reporting for senior leadership while participating in process improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance and efficiencyProvide guidance and training to cardholders and departmental administrators on policy requirements, audit expectations, and best practicesMaintain custody of physical credit cards and oversee secure distribution while leading a team to ensure timely and compliant execution of administrative tasks and responsive support to business partnersQualificationsEducation Requirements: Bachelor’s degreeExperience Requirements: 4-6 years experience in relevant fieldTravel requirement: No travel requirementsSupervisor ResponsibilityDirect Reports: Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resourcesIndirect Reports: May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reportsRequired Knowledge and SkillsAdvanced knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies including sampling, testing, and documentation standardsStrong data analysis skills with ability to interpret complex transaction data and identify trends, anomalies, and fraud indicatorsWorking knowledge of corporate credit card and expense management systemsClear written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce concise and data‑driven audit reports and present findings to managementCollaboration and stakeholder management skills across finance, audit, compliance, and business teamsEnvironmental & Physical RequirementsOffice / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
