You will assist customers in navigating and enrolling in Metropolis’ parking technology while delivering courteous, professional service. This role requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.Mobility Specialists also play a key role in ensuring compliance with parking policies, maintaining lot and garage conditions, and supporting the overall operations of Metropolis facilities. As we continue to expand our technology platform, this position offers strong growth potential for high-performing team members.What you’ll doGreet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly serviceEducate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as neededPromote positive customer relationships by consistently delivering excellent customer serviceRespond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteouslyPatrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorizationIssue parking violations in accordance with company policiesDocument violations using company-provided mobile devices, including photo documentationMaintain the cleanliness of parking lots, garages, and common areasIdentify and report debris, spills, hazards, or maintenance issues promptlySweep floors, collect trash, and empty trash receptacles as neededPerform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including cleaning, washing, oil changes, and minor upkeepWork independently and collaboratively as part of a teamObserve all safety protocols at all timesPerform additional duties as assignedWhat you needHigh school diploma or GED preferred, but not requiredPrior parking industry experience preferred, but not requiredStrong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyondComfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android devices)Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team membersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsReliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPhysical and Work Environment RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (up to six consecutive hours)Ability to visually inspect vehicles and physically access all areas of garages and lotsComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and eveningsPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
