Focus will be on people, managing, executing, and optimizing warehouse strategies within the receiving, fulfillment, shipping and transportation department. Managing inventory accurately and to expectations as well as improving current systems while meeting company standards of safety, quality, security, and productivity. A highly organized and detailed oriented, initiative-taking analytical person with a high sense of urgency and great leadership by leading with our philosophy is required for this position., Responsibilities:Perform all duties while leading with safetyAbility to work in a team environment focusing on meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost standardsWork with the inventory team on inventory adjustments for inventory reconciliationsAnalyze inventory issues and concerns for immediate remedyProtect the accuracy, integrity, and salability of inventory, through the adherence to standard operating procedures and meeting physical inventory and/or cycle count accuracy expectationsSupport site quality systems (ISO)Responsible for adjusting schedules as to ensure completion of orders and keeping high OTD standardsAssist quality and technical services in resolving quality issues including customer claims, corrective actionSupports new process and production development and KPI metrics implementation to include safety, quality, customer service, and costIdentify training needs, coordinate cross-training opportunities and support development plansEnsure safety training is complete, hazardous conditions and risks are eliminated, safety incidents are reported and investigated as requiredTalent Management including performance evaluations and feedback, merits, goal setting and tracking, employee interaction, coaching and mentoring to achieve cultural and performance standardsAssist in managing competing priorities and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff and support personnel.Participate in Lean Transformation efforts, including 6S initiatives and activitiesMaintain a clean and organized working environmentPerform all duties in the spirit of Our Philosophy and Our Golden Rule, and in accordance to legal, ethical, and contractual practicesOther duties as assigned by leadership, ,
