HR Coordinator

Description A well-established manufacturing and distribution company is partnering with Robert Half to hire an organized, proactive HR Coordinator who can support HR operations across the plant and corporate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and being a central resource for employees. What Youu2019ll Do + Support onboarding, new hire packets, Iu20119 verification, and background processes + Manage HR inbox, employee inquiries, and HRIS data updates + Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee documentation + Help track attendance, corrective action notes, and safety training logs + Maintain personnel files, training records, and compliance documentation + Coordinate interviews, job postings, and candidate communication + Assist with workersu2019 compensation claims, safety reporting, and incident logs + Support HR leadership with reporting, audits, and process improvement projects Requirements + 1u20133 years HR support or HR assistant experience + Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or production environments preferred + Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paycom, ADP, or Kronos + Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities + Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred TalentMatchu00ae Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
