Brand Manager

Description We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Manager to lead creative strategies and ensure operational excellence across marketing and business development initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly manage proposal preparation, presentation materials, and graphic design while collaborating to execute impactful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead and oversee internal business development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials. u2022 Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of templates, resumes, project pages, images, and firm materials for efficient proposal creation. u2022 Coordinate contributions from design staff to meet deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables. u2022 Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and expand clientele. u2022 Design and produce marketing collateral, including social media content, newsletters, brochures, and website updates. u2022 Plan and execute award submissions, ensuring all materials meet industry standards. u2022 Manage project photography, from scheduling shoots to selecting final images for promotional use. Requirements u2022 Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. u2022 Strong skills in graphic design, particularly layout and visual presentation. u2022 Proven experience in creating well-crafted proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. u2022 Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for client interactions and internal collaborations. u2022 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
