Description A fast-scaling software/technology firm is partnering with Robert Half to add an analytical, forward-thinking Financial Analyst to their FP& A team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves modeling, working cross-functionally, and supporting strategic decision-making in a high-growth environment. What Youu2019ll Do + Build and maintain complex financial models, revenue forecasts, and multiu2011scenario analyses + Prepare monthly reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and budget-to-actual variance explanations + Support planning cycles: annual budget, quarterly forecasting, and longu2011range models + Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to analyze performance drivers + Conduct SaaS metric analysis (ARR, churn, renewals, margins, customer cohorts) + Assist with board presentations and investor-ready reporting + Evaluate business cases for new products, pricing, software spend, and headcount planning + Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic initiatives Requirements + Bacheloru2019s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field + 2u20134+ years of financial analysis experience (SaaS preferred) + Strong Excel + BI experience (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) + Ability to interpret large data sets and communicate insights clearly + Background in tech, SaaS, subscription-based revenue, or FP& A Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
