Sr. Financial Analyst - Hyrbrid

This role focuses on providing financial insights and support for manufacturing operations, including cost accounting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. The position requires collaboration with various departments to optimize operational efficiency and drive profitability. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and performance reviews for manufacturing operations. u2022 Analyze standard costs, inventory movements, and manufacturing variances such as labor, materials, and overhead. u2022 Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including production volume and capacity planning. u2022 Collaborate with leaders to identify cost drivers and recommend efficiency improvements. u2022 Develop and maintain financial models for capital investments, pricing strategies, and margin analysis. u2022 Monitor inventory levels and trends, including reserves and excess or obsolete inventory. u2022 Assist with financial close processes, such as journal entries and account reconciliations. u2022 Prepare executive-level reporting packages and dashboards to inform strategic decisions. u2022 Ensure compliance with audit requirements by supporting internal and external audit requests. u2022 Contribute to financial system enhancements and optimization initiatives. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. u2022 Progressive experience in a financial analysis role. u2022 Strong ability to communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders from non-financial backgrounds. u2022 Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Familiarity with data mining techniques and ad hoc financial analysis is a plus.
