Project Manager

Introduction Your role and responsibilities Project Manager, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted): Oversee and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of Maximo environments. Handle regular data refresh processes to ensure Maximo environments stay synchronized and up to date. Participate in decision-making regarding patching activities (Linux, Exadata, WAS, OS, DB, etc.), analyzing the impact on Maximo environments to minimize disruption. Maintain the environment management Confluence page updated with the latest environment configurations, changes, and procedures. Allocate Maximo environments for sprints and other projects, carefully analyzing the impact on upstream and downstream applications. Work closely with DO (Delivery Operations) and other cross-functional teams to ensure Maximo environments are available for various activities, considering the volume and complexity of Maximo changes. Partner with the Release Manager and Application Owner (AO) to align and prepare environments for upcoming sprint and project releases. Collaborate in scenario planning, risk assessment, and negotiating with Product owners across project life cycles to drive clientu2019s business needs and support in strategic decision making. Create dashboards and analytical tools for users to perform business and operational analytics. Create documentation for in-process and completed projects and support business usage of tools. Assist in production support procedures, change, and release management activities. Perform status reporting, issue tracking, risk identification and mitigation using JIRA and Confluence. Utilize: IBM Maximo, ITIL Practices, JIRA, Confluence, Agile Methodologies and Stakeholder Management.Required: Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance or related and two (2) years of experience as a Package Consultant or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing IBM Maximo, ITIL Practices, JIRA, Confluence, Agile Methodologies and Stakeholder Management. $148450 to $182300 per year. Full time. V134.
