Description We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and execute our talent acquisition strategy and oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through onboarding and retention. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with our long-term workforce strategy. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, offer development, onboarding, retention initiatives, and offboarding + Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan to support current and future workforce needs + Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support succession planning and workforce sustainability + Oversee performance management, stay interviews, and retention strategies + Utilize HRIS and workforce metrics to analyze staffing trends, turnover, and recruitment effectiveness + Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, OSHA, workersu2019 compensation, unemployment claims, and employment law + Advise and train leadership on best practices in employee relations and performance management Requirements Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree required + 4+ years of progressive HR experience (2+ years in talent acquisition preferred) + Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws + SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred + Experience managing HRIS and workforce analytics Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
