Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator u2013 Put Away Job Description The Warehouse Coordinator u2013 Put Away is responsible for accurately locating, verifying, and storing incoming materials and components in designated warehouse locations. This role ensures efficient put away processes, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports overall warehouse organization to facilitate timely production and shipping operations. Responsibilities + Take incoming materials, components, and machine kits from Receiving. + Verify quantities and quality of received items against purchase orders and packing lists. + Accurately put away materials in assigned warehouse locations using ERP system (EPICOR). + Ensure all items are stored safely and in accordance with company procedures. + Maintain neat and orderly appearance of racking and dock areas. + Update inventory records and location data in ERP system. + Run shortage and location reports to support inventory accuracy. + Operate forklift, pallet jacks, order picker, and other material handling equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + No HS Diploma or GED needed. + Previous warehouse/cherry picker/scanner experience. Why Work Here? Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but at times can be loud. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
