Job Description Job Description: The Security Analyst will be tending to security requests for field and corporate offices. They will also oversee 280+ locations where we manage the standardized camera systems. Must be able to identify and analyze problems when security cameras are not performing properly. Will include minor technical troubleshooting and will require the ability to adapt and find solutions. Requesting and overseeing services with vendors. Sending shipments to branch locations. (10% of the time) u2003u2022 Analyzing incidents, technical troubleshooting, critical thinking. Using different modes of communication to appropriately engage with colleagues and vendors. u2003u2022 Security incident investigation and management. u2003u2022 Identify and analyze problems when security cameras are not performing properly. u2003u2022 Guiding local personnel on troubleshooting efforts and arranging repairs/replacements of the security camera systems with vendors. u2003u2022 Equipment programming, shipping, ordering, and inventory maintenance. u2003u2022 Provide guidance or escalation on other related security items (Electric fence, guards, barriers, etc) u2003u2022 Determining which troubleshooting steps to take and when to escalate u2003u2022 Determining when to arrange a service call or replacement devices u2003u2022 Analyzing camera system issues and determining which steps to take to resolve. u2003u2022 Thorough investigative review of incidents
