Job Description

Position Title: Data Management Analyst Contract Term: 24 months LOB: Commercial Banking # of openings: 2 spots Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid u2013 3 days/week in the office) Required Qualifications: u2022 Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field. u2022 Strong background in financial services, particularly within the Commercial Banking domain. u2022 Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data profiling techniques. u2022 Demonstrated expertise in data quality principles & framework, and regulatory reporting practices. u2022 Experience in data modeling, data lineage analysis, and metadata management. u2022 Familiarity with key regulations such as FR Y-14Q, BSA/AML, and 2052a, including their data implications. u2022 Good written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. u2022 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. u2022 Experience facilitating and leading stakeholder working group In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
