Job Title HVAC Utility Job Description Summary Job Description Job Description SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: u2022 Work on HVAC project work. u2022 Assist with HVAC maintenance work when needed. u2022 Be able to work on back shifts and weekends when the project requires it. u2022 Have basic Mechanical Skills. u2022 Must have the required C&W Services sightu2019s tool list. u2022 Must be able to listen to instruction on assignments and carry them out unsupervised. u2022 Must be able to obtain a fork truck license & lift license 90 days from the date of hiring. (must have a valid NC driveru2019s license). u2022 Must be able to work overtime when required. u2022 Any other duties as directed by the HVAC Manager. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES: u2022 Must maintain positive customer and employee relationships (communications with all) u2022 Respond to customer calls. u2022 Must have knowledge of and be able to demonstrate the use of hand/power tools. u2022 Accurate and timely administrative duties to include Time off request forms (turned into manager for signature). u2022 Fill out materials request form as needed. u2022 Check off materials from packing slip when received orders. u2022 Enter daily time on work orders and PMu2019s in Facility 360. u2022 Daily checks on jobs in progress & completed jobs. (as documented in Facility 360). u2022 Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. u2022 Assist in keeping facilities, tools, and equipment in good order and clean.
